Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 5 November 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to consultancy services provided by Elevatima Ltd (“Elevatima”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17523794, whose registered office is 13 Jopling Road, Bisley, GU24 9FN, United Kingdom. You can contact us at elevatima@hotmail.com.

Our services are for businesses, founders and sole traders buying for business purposes. By enquiring about or agreeing to a project, you confirm that you are acting for the purposes of your business and not as a consumer.

These terms, together with the scope, deliverables, price and timeline we confirm with you for your project (the “project details”), form the agreement between you and Elevatima once you have agreed to them in writing. Email counts as writing. If the project details conflict with these terms, the project details apply to that project.

2. Our services

Elevatima provides two core services: Brand & Marketing Strategy, and SEO & GEO Strategy. These are fixed-price, one-off consultancy projects made up of research, audits, analysis, strategic recommendations and guidance. We do not offer subscriptions or retainers.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, our services do not include technical website development, implementation of our recommendations, ongoing management, full social media management, ongoing content production, logo design, website coding, technical backend fixes, server configuration, developer-level changes or complex CMS implementation.

3. Enquiries, scope and price

Every project starts with an enquiry through our contact form. An enquiry does not commit either of us to anything. We review it and confirm the project scope, deliverables, price and expected timeline with you. A project is agreed when you confirm to us in writing that you accept the project details and these terms.

Package prices shown on our website are fixed, one-off project fees in pounds sterling. Elevatima Ltd is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is added to our prices. If that changes, we will tell you before you agree to any new project. The price for a project you have already agreed will not change unless the scope changes under section 6.

4. Payment

We take payment by invoice and bank transfer. We do not operate an online checkout.

  • Deposit. Once the project scope, deliverables and price are agreed, we invoice a deposit of 50% of the project price. Work begins after we have received the deposit.
  • Final payment. The remaining 50% is invoiced when we deliver the agreed deliverables, and the final invoice is payable within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
  • Delivery, not sign-off. The final invoice is triggered by delivery of the agreed deliverables. It does not depend on your approval or sign-off. Delivery means we have sent the deliverables to you by email or another agreed method.

Our invoices include our bank details. If a payment is late, you may be liable for statutory interest and compensation under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.

5. Delivery and timelines

We agree an expected delivery timeline with you before work starts. Timelines depend on you providing the information, access and feedback we reasonably need on time. Delays in supplying them may affect the project schedule, and we will tell you if that happens.

6. Revisions and changes to scope

Included revisions. The agreed price includes one round of minor revisions. You must request it in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery.

What counts as minor. Minor revisions are small corrections and adjustments within the agreed scope and deliverables, such as fixing factual errors, clarifying or rewording parts of a deliverable, or small changes to how recommendations are explained or prioritised.

What does not. The following are additional work or a change in scope and need a separate quotation: new or additional deliverables, extra research areas, competitors, markets, channels or pages, redoing analysis because the information or brief you gave us has changed, a new strategic direction, further rounds of revisions, and revision requests made more than 14 calendar days after delivery.

Material changes to the agreed scope may affect the price and delivery timeline. We will agree any change with you in writing before we carry it out.

7. Nature of our services and no guarantee of results

Our deliverables are strategic recommendations, research, audits and analysis. They are based on the information, tools and circumstances available at the time of delivery, and search engines, AI platforms and markets change frequently.

We do not guarantee any particular Google ranking, citation or mention in AI-generated answers, or visibility in search or AI tools. We also do not guarantee website traffic, leads, sales, revenue or any other commercial outcome. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including how, when and whether recommendations are implemented.

You remain responsible for your decisions about whether and how to implement our recommendations.

8. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, and to have the right to share any materials, accounts or access you give us. You are responsible for implementing recommendations, including through your own developers or other providers.

9. Intellectual property

Once the project has been paid for in full, you may use the deliverables created for you for your own business. We keep ownership of our methods, frameworks (including the ET Method) and any pre-existing materials. You may not resell or redistribute our deliverables or methods.

10. Confidentiality

We treat information you share about your business as confidential and use it only to provide the services, except where disclosure is required by law. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal information.

11. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling before work begins. You may cancel by written notice at any time. If you cancel before work has begun, we will refund any payments already received in full.

Cancelling after work has begun. If you cancel after work has begun, we may retain a reasonable amount reflecting the work completed up to the date of cancellation and any legitimate project commitments we have already made for your project, subject to applicable law. We will explain in writing how we have calculated it.

  • Completed and partly completed work. We assess the amount to retain by reference to the proportion of the agreed work completed, including work that is partly completed. It will not be more than the agreed project price.
  • If the deposit is more than that amount, we will refund the difference.
  • If that amount is more than the deposit, we may invoice the difference, payable within 7 calendar days.
  • Work product. Once any amount due has been paid, we will give you the work completed up to cancellation if you ask for it.

The deposit. The deposit is a payment towards the project price. It is not automatically non-refundable, and any refund is decided under this section.

After delivery. Once we have delivered the agreed deliverables, the project is complete and the final invoice remains payable. This does not affect your right to a remedy if we have not provided the services with reasonable care and skill.

If we cancel. If we are unable to complete a project, we will refund the part of the price that relates to work we have not delivered.

Refunds are made to the account the payment came from, promptly after cancellation is agreed. Nothing in this section affects any rights you have by law that cannot be excluded.

12. Liability

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity or goodwill. Our total liability to you in connection with a project, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, is limited to the price of that project.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that applied when you agreed your project continue to apply to that project.

14. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

15. Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to elevatima@hotmail.com.
